SBI PO Eligibility:-
A candidate aspiring to apply for the SBI PO exam must be an Indian citizen. Mandatory Educational Qualifications. Candidates must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification which is recognised by the Central Government. In the SBI PO exam, there is no requirement for any percentage in graduation degree. The candidate should not be below 21 years and not above 30 years.
SBI PO Exam Pattern:-
Until 2021, the SBI PO exam had the same pattern as IBPS PO, but from the 2022 exam, SBI has changed the exam pattern for the mains exam of the SBI PO exam. The Selection for Probationary Officers will be held in 3 phases-
1- Prelims Exam
2- Mains Exam
3- Interview
1-Prelims Exam:- This exam is only qualifying in nature. You should only qualify for the exam. The marks obtained in the Prelims exam do not add to your final selection. The exam pattern for the Prelims exam is given below-
2-Mains Exam:- If a candidate passes the Prelims exam's desired cut-off that candidate is called for the mains exam. The marks obtained in the mains exam are added to the final merit list so it is advised that the candidate should focus on the mains exam efficiently and try to get good marks in the mains exam. The exam pattern of the Mains exam is given below-
3-Interview:- Interview plays an important role in your selection in the final selection because it contains 50 marks. This phase of the SBI PO selection has two steps one is Group discussion which has 20 marks and the second is personal Interview which has 30 marks.
The Final selection of the candidate is done on the basis of marks scored by the candidate in the mains exam as well as the interview phase.
