Set-1.  Eight boxes A, B, C, U, V, W, X and Y are kept one above the other like a stack. Each of these boxes contains a different number of rings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. The bottommost box is numbered 1 and the topmost box is numbered 8.
                 Box, which has 3 rings, is two boxes above A, which is the bottommost box. B is immediately above U, which is an odd-numbered box. There are three boxes between B and V. More than three boxes are between A and C. Box, which has 8 rings, is two boxes below V. C doesn't have 8 rings. X is two boxes above the box, which has 2 rings. C is two boxes below the one, which has 4 rings. Y has 7 rings. V has more rings than C, which has more rings than U.

Set-2. There are two types of flats i.e. A and B in a building such that each flat contain 5 floors. The bottommost floor is numbered 1, the floor above it is numbered 2 and so on. Flat A is in the west of flat B. One person lives on each floor of each flat. If I live above or below J then both must be in the same type of flat until and unless stated otherwise. T lives two floors above S and both live in the same type of flat. Y lives just above U and both live on prime numbered floors. Q is in the west of W but not on the bottommost floor. V lives above X but not in flat A. P lives just above R.

Set-3. Eight persons A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H have met on different days of four months i.e. August, September, October and November. Each of them has a meeting on either the 10th or 11th of the month. A has a meeting just after G and both have meetings in the same month. H has a meeting after A. Two persons have a meeting between A's and B's meeting. H has met just after F. C has a meeting after D but not on 11th November. E met on 11th August. C doesn't have a meeting just before F.

Set-4. Nine persons sit in a row and some of them are facing the north while some are facing the south. Q sits third to the left of A. Two persons sit between Q and E. P is the only neighbour of E and sits to the left of E. N sits third to the right of P. Both M and R face the same direction. R sits third to the right of J. No one sits to the left of J. M sits third to the right of R. N faces towards the north. D sits third to the right of N. D faces the same direction as N but opposite direction of Q.

Set-5. 12 persons A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and L live on different floors of a building such that the bottommost floor is numbered 1, the floor above it is numbered as 2 and so on. 
               Three persons live between D and J, who lives on a prime numbered floor. A lives on the 9th floor. Two persons live between A and B, who do not live adjacent to D. D lives above J, who does not live on the 5th or 7th floor. K lives just above L, who lives on a perfect square-numbered floor. Seven persons live between B and H. I live just above E but not on the prime numbered floor. G lives two floors above F.

Set-6. Seven people Indra, Jakir, Kamal, Lalu, Monu, Naman and Om are sitting around a circular table for attending a Gala party. Some of them are facing towards the centre while some are facing away from the centre. Monu sits third to the right of Lalu, who faces towards the centre. Only one person sits between Monu and Om. Naman sits second to the right of Om. Kamal and Jakir are not sitting together. Indra is not sitting adjacent to Jakir. Immediate neighbours of Lalu face opposite directions from each other.

Set-7. 14 persons sit in a parallel row such that seven persons live in each row. P, Q, R, S, T, U and V sit in row 1 while A, B, C, D, E, F and G sit in row 2. Persons in row 1 face south and persons in row 2 face north. Persons in both rows face each other. Q sits third to the right of P, who sits opposite D. Neither D nor A sit at an extreme end. F sits exactly in the middle of the row. Neither G nor A is opposite to Q. S sits immediate right of T but is not adjacent to Q or P. U sits opposite C. Three persons sit between A and G, who is not adjacent to D. E is not opposite to Q.

Set-8.  A certain number of persons live in a building having a certain number of floors. Not more than seventeen floors are there in the building. The number of floors between R and W is thrice the number of floors between V and R. S lives just above Q. The number of floors between V and E is the same as between E and U, who lives on the bottommost floor. One person lives between R and E. Two persons live between S and P. Six persons live between P and V. E lives above W but below R. Not more than three floors are above S. R lives below V.

Set-9. There are nine shelves A1, B1, C1, D1, E1, F1, G1, H1 and I1 in an Almirah. The bottommost shelf is numbered 1 and the topmost shelf is numbered 9. Three of the non-prime numbered shelf contains different items Pen, Paper and Pencil.
                          The shelf, which has Paper, is two shelves above G1, which is not a prime numbered shelf. The shelf, which has Pencils, is three shelves above H1, which doesn't have any items. A1 is immediately above the shelf, which has Pen. There are three shelves between F1 and the shelf, which has Pencil. C1 is three shelves above D1. There are four shelves between G1 and A1. I1 is below D1. E1 is not below B1.

Set-10. Six functions P, Q, R, S, T and U are held on the 1st of different months March, April, May, July, August and September in the same year. These functions are held in different places among Bhopal, Pune, Jaipur, Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad. Two functions are held between U and S, which are held in a month, which has only 30 days. One function is held between R and the one held in Mumbai. T is held in Chennai but after R. Function in Pune is held before P. Function in Bhopal is held four months after Q. The function in Mumbai is held immediately before U. Function in Hyderabad is not held in a month, which has only 30 days.

Set-11. Six boxes A0, B1, C2, D3, E4 and F5 are kept one above the other like a stack. Each of these boxes is of different colours Yellow, Pink, White, Green, Red and Blue. The bottommost box is numbered 1 and the topmost box is numbered 6. The yellow box is immediately below B1, which is not the Red box. F5 is two boxes above E4 but not the third box. C2 is a white box but a not prime numbered box. The green box is above A0. The fourth box is the Red box. A0 is neither a Yellow nor Blue box. There are two boxes between B1 and D3.

Set-12. 12 persons A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and L sit in two parallel rows in such a way that 6 persons sit in row 1 facing south while others sit in row 2 facing north. Row 1 persons face row 2 persons and vice versa. The distance between two adjacent persons is the same. Two persons sit between E and C, who faces F. H sits to the right of F and sits on one of the extreme ends sits 2nd to the left of K but not in row 2. A sits in row 1 and is 2nd to the right of the person, who faces E. I sit immediately right of L. D sits to the right of G.

Set-13. Eight persons Jai, Om, Kundan, Pintu, Dharma, Parma, Babu and Bahadur are sitting in a row. Equal numbers of persons are facing north and south. Babu is sitting 3rd to the left of Dharma and both of them are facing the same direction. Om is sitting 2nd to the left of Babu. Immediate neighbours of Babu are facing the opposite direction of Babu. Kundan is not sitting to the left of Dharma. Pintu and Jai are sitting immediately left of each other. Bahadur is sitting 2nd to the right of Parma, who is facing the same direction as Babu. Kundan is not facing the north. More than two persons are sitting between Jai and Om.

Set-14. Six persons, Anna, Bela, Cera, Dewald, Ekon and Faizal are sitting around a circular table. Each of them is facing the centre. Each of them is of different age(in years) among 14, 16, 15, 21, 23 and 25. 
         Two persons are sitting between Dewald and the person, whose age is in a prime number. Anna is sitting immediately left of Cera, who is the eldest person. Anna is 5 years elder than Dewald. Two persons are sitting between Anna and Bela. Ekon and Faizal are not sitting adjacent to each other. Faizal is younger than Bela.

Set-15. Nine employees P1, Q1, R1, S1, T1, U1, V1, W1, and X1 are working on nine different posts in a company viz. (from senior to junior) CEO, CHO, CFO, HR, Senior Executive, Executive, Salesman, Operator, and Peon but not necessarily in the same order. R1 is senior to W1, who is an Executive. U1 is two posts senior to W1. P1 is senior to U1 but junior to Q1. T1 is just junior to U1. S1 works on the second lowest post in the company. V1 is senior to X1. R1 does not work as CEO or CHO of the company.

Set-16. Eight persons P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, and W are sitting in a straight row such that four of them face north and four of them face south but not necessarily in the same order. V sits 3rd to the left of W. W sits 2nd from one of the extreme ends of the row. Q sits adjacent to W and P. U sits 3rd to the left of P. R faces the same direction as P. U does not sit at the extreme end of the row. T does not sit adjacent to U. S sits 3rd to the left of Q, who faces north.

Set-17. Eight persons D, E, F, G, H, J, K and L sit in a straight row. Some of them face north while others face south direction. Several persons facing south are two more than those facing north. D sits 2nd to the right of E. G sits 3rd to the right of F, who faces north direction. E and F sit immediately left of each other. L sits 2nd to the left of J, who faces the same direction as E. Less than two persons sit between K and H, who don't sit adjacent to F. K and H face the same direction as L.

Set-18. Nine persons Ax, Bx, Cx, Dx, Ex, Fx, Gx, Hx and Ix work in a company. Each of them has a different designation, (from junior to senior) the order is Trainer, Engineer, Developer, Team Leader, Project Head, Project Manager, Director, CFO and CEO. i.e. Trainer is the junior most while the CEO is the senior most persons. More than three persons are senior to Gx, who is just junior to Hx. Ex is junior to Gx and senior to Engineer. Fx is senior to Ix but junior to Project Head. Bx is the Team Leader. Cx is junior to Ax, who is not the senior person.

Set-19. Seven persons P, Q, R, S, T, U and V sit around a circular table facing towards the centre. Each of them has a different number of books 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 11. V sits 3rd to the right of the person, who has 6 books. One person sits between V and U, who has half the number of books of P. S sits 3rd to the right of U and has 7 books. P sits 2nd to the left of S. V has the lowest number of books. R sits 2nd to the left of the one, who has 4 books. T doesn't have an odd number of books. Q doesn't have 11 books.

Set-20. Nine boxes A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and I are kept one above the other like a stack. Each of these boxes has a different number of Coins 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. The bottommost box is numbered 1 and the topmost box is numbered 9.
                                     The number of Coins in the 4th box is three times that of D. E has one Coin less than the number of Coins in the 9th box. Box, which has 11 Coins, is two boxes above A. G is above the box, which has 10 Coins. I have more Coins than H. C is below B, which has 7 coins. A is immediately above F. E is three boxes above the box, which has 4 Coins. C is not the bottommost box. Box, which has 8 Coins, is immediately above H. F has more Coins than H, which has more Coins than A. B is below the box, which has 12 Coins. F has less than 12 Coins.
