Set-1. A, B, C, D, E, F and G live in an eight storied building, The bottom floor is numbered 1, the floor above it was numbered 2 and so on but not in the same order. It is also known that one of the floors is vacant. 
            Two persons live between B and A, where A lives above B. The number of persons living above A is the same as the number of persons living below A. A lives just above E. There is one floor between F and E, which is below F. There are 3 floors between E and C, and it is known that C lives below D. G does not stay adjacent to F.

Set-2.  Aslam, Bela, Chiku, Dipa, Lila, Mona, Niru and Om are eight persons sitting around a circular table, not necessarily in the same order. Some are facing the centre while some are facing away from the centre.
             Aslam sits 3rd to the right of Om. Bela sits 2nd to the left of Om. The immediate neighbours of Om face the same direction. Niru sits 2nd to the left of Bela, who faces towards the centre. Mona sits 3rd to the right of Niru. Chiku sits 2nd to the left of Dipa, who is not an immediate neighbour of Om. Chiku and Aslam face the same direction. The immediate neighbours of both Bela and Mona face the opposite direction.

Set-3. Seven students named Ankur, Bela, Chintu, Deepak, Ekta, Farhan and Gautam attended a class 7 days a week, starting from Monday to Sunday, not necessarily in the same order. No two students attended one class on the same day. 
                          Farhan and Ankur attended the class either on Thursday or Saturday. 2 students attended the class between Farhan and Ekta. Deepak attended the class on the first day. More than 3 students attended the class between Deepak and Farhan. Gautam attended the class before 5 students. More than 3 students attended the class between Gautam and Bela.

Set-4. Seven persons named P, Q, R, S, T, U and V work in different companies like Microsoft, TCS, ITC, Wipro, CTS, Dell and RIL, not necessarily in the same order. They graduated from different streams like IT, ME, CSE, ECE, EE, CE and AEIE, not necessarily in the same order. 
           V works in Wipro and was not an IT graduate. T graduated from AEIE and neither works in TCS nor ITC. The person working in CTS graduated in CE. S does not work in ITC. U neither graduated in ME nor CE. P does not work in RIL. R works in Dell and graduated in EE. The person working in RIL graduated from ME. S graduated in ECE.

Set-5. Eight persons are seated around a rectangular table, where 4 persons are seated at the corners of the table and face towards the centre while 4 persons are sitting at the edges of the table and face away from the centre.
          Two persons were sitting in between Cummins and Pant. Dhoni was not sitting at any of the corners and was sitting immediately left of Cummins. Rohit was sitting immediately right of Rahul. Warner was sitting 2nd to the right of Pant. 2 persons were sitting in between Rohit and Virat, who was not sitting adjacent to Morgan.

Set-6. Seven persons named P, Q, R, S, T, U and V will be departing on different days of the same week starting from Monday to Sunday, not necessarily in the same order. Each person will depart on each day. V will depart before T but not immediately before T. 3 persons will depart between U and V. Only one person departs in between T and R. 3 persons will depart between P and Q, who will not depart at last. More than 3 persons will depart after R.

Set-7. Six container P1, Q2, R3, S4, T5 and U6 contains different items like Rice, Wheat, Flour, Grain, Dal and Sugar, which are placed one above another, not necessarily in the given order.
              Container P1 is kept immediately above the container containing Wheat. 2 containers are kept in between the containers containing Wheat and Flour. 3 containers are kept in between container Q2 and the container containing Flour. Container Q2 does not contain Grain. The container containing Rice is kept just above the container containing Flour. Container U6 contains Dal. Container T5 is kept just below container R3. Container S4 contains Wheat.

Set-8. A certain number of persons are sitting in a row facing North. 4 persons sit in between D and C, who sits 2nd to the right of A. There are as many persons sitting in between C and A as in between E and C. 6 persons sit in between E and G, who sits 3rd from one of the extreme ends of the row. G sits to the right of A. One person sits in between F and B, who sits 2nd to the left of G. There are as many persons sitting to the right of G as to the left of D.

Set-9. Six persons Uma, Viru, Wazir, Xoxo, Yami and Zero have different weights 68kg, 72kg, 76kg, 82kg, 89kg and 95kg, not necessarily in the same order. They support different IPL teams like MI, KKR, RCB, DC, CSK and SRH, not necessarily in the same order. 
            Yami supports SRH and he weighs less than Zero but not 68kg. Uma does not support KKR. Wazir supports CSK and he weighs 2nd highest. Viru weighs more than Uma but less than Xoxo. Zero weighs 76kg and he neither supports DC nor KKR. The heaviest person supports RCB.

Set-10. Nine people namely I, M, O, K, Q, S, V, U and Z are sitting in a linear row all facing the north direction. Only four people sit between Q and (i). Only 4 people are to the right of K. (iv) is fourth to the right of U. V is to the right of K, but V is to the left of S. Q is second to the left of (V). Only one person sits between (i) and (ii). O is not (i), (iii) and (iv). (v) sits 6th to the right of Z, who is not at any of the extreme ends. U is to the immediate left of K. (iii) is third to the left of M. I is the immediate neighbour of O. (iv), is the immediate neighbour of M.

Set-11. Eight persons were having their birthdays in the same year in different months, starting from May to December. No two people have a birthday in the same month. 
        Two persons have a birthday in between S and R, who has a birthday before V. No one has a birthday in between U and S. 3 persons have a birthday in between T and Q, who have a birthday after October. The number of persons having a birthday before T is the same as the number of persons having a birthday after U. Neither P, nor S has a birthday in December. W have a birthday before P but not immediately before and P was not born last.

Set-12. Eight pets of which F, G, H and I are cats and R, S, T and U are dogs are sitting in a circular park. All of them are facing towards the centre of the park.
          A dog and a cat are immediate neighbours of I. Both G and H, have their respective immediate neighbours as cats only. A dog and a cat are immediate neighbours of F. R, the immediate neighbour of U. I is not 3rd to the right of F. T is 3rd to the left of S. More than 1 pet sits between S and G, when counted clockwise, starting from G. U sits 4th to the left of G.

Set-13. A, B, C, D, E and F are sitting around a circular table. Some persons are facing the centre while some persons are facing away from the centre, not necessarily in the same order.
              A is sitting second to the right of B, who is sitting opposite C. 2 persons are sitting in between F and A, who faces opposite direction to that of both F and B. D is sitting opposite E but is not an immediate neighbour of F and both D and E faces opposite direction to that of B. C faces the centre. More than 2 persons are facing away from the centre.

Set-14. Nine people H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O and P are sitting around a triangular table. 3 persons are sitting at the corner of the table while 2 persons were sitting at each edge of the table, not necessarily in the same order. 
                                        P is sitting 2nd to the right of M, who is not sitting adjacent to K. One person is sitting in between M and I, who is sitting immediately left of J. One person is sitting in between H and N, who is not an immediate neighbour of M. O is sitting 2nd to the left of L, who is an immediate neighbour of I

Set-15. Six persons Ankit, Ballu, Chiku, Dilip, Ekon and Fida work in cinemas. They work in Tollywood, Bollywood and Hollywood, where not more than 2 people work in each place. They are Producer, Director, Actor, Writer, Lyricist and Singer, but not necessarily in the same order. 
                            Fida works in Tollywood and is not a writer. Ankit is a Producer and works in Bollywood only with Dilip who is a director. Chiku works in Hollywood and is not an Actor. Ballu is a Lyricist and does not work in Tollywood. The other person who works in Tollywood is the Writer.

Set-16. There are seven persons A, B, C, D, E, F and G which belong to different states of India viz. Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa, Kerala and Gujrat. Each of them was born on the 6th January of in different years- 2001, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2012 and 2013. 
                              B, who belongs to Orissa, was born 3 years after the one who belongs to Gujrat. G, who belongs to Kerala, was born 5 years after E, who belongs to Tamil Nadu. The one who belongs to Madhya Pradesh was born after the one who belongs to Uttar Pradesh but before A, who belongs to Himachal Pradesh. C, who doesn't belong to Uttar Pradesh, was born before F but after D, who was not born in 2001.

Set-17. 10 persons F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P and S live in 10 different flats in a 5-storey building, where the bottommost floor is 1 and the topmost floor is 5. There are 2 types of flats on each floor, flat A and flat B such that flat A is in the west of flat B. Flat A of floor 1 is immediately below flat A of floor 2, which is immediately below of flat A of floor 3 and so on, similarly for flat B. If a person lives above or below the other person, then the flat type of both persons may or may not be the same.
           K lives two floors above J, who doesn't live on the second floor. S lives to the southwest of L, who lives above G. S doesn't live on the second floor. H and F live on the same floor. G lives to the northeast of K. M lives somewhere to the southeast of F. P lives above N, who lives above M.

Set-18. A certain number of persons are sitting at a circular table facing towards the centre. L sits third to the left of M. Number of persons between E and C is a prime number but neither two nor three persons sit between them. Four persons are sitting between M and B. H is fifth to the left of L. D is immediate right of H. One person sits between C and H. A and H are not adjacent to each other. A is fourth to the left of B. Number of persons sitting between D and A when counted from the left of A is half the number of persons between D and A from the right of A. E is second to the right of B.

Set-19. Eight policemen P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W posted in different designations i.e., SP, ASP, DSP, Inspector, SI, ASI, HC and CT but not in the same order. The order of seniority is the same as given i.e., SP is the most senior most post and CT is the junior most post. 
                  S is junior to Q. Only three persons are there in the hierarchy between V and P. R is junior to P and senior to T. Not more than two persons are senior to V. Less than three designations are there between V and Q. Q is junior to the one who is DSP. U is senior to S and junior to W. S is senior to the one who is ASI and junior to W.

Set-20. Eight persons Prem, Qadir, Rishi, Sonu, Tina, Uma, Viru and Wazir are sitting around the circular table. Four of them face towards or away from the centre. Persons sitting opposite each other are facing in the same direction. Rishi sits third to the right of Prem, who is immediately left of Tina, who faces away from the centre. Uma sits immediate right of Viru and both face towards the centre. Sonu sits opposite Qadir, who is not adjacent to Wazir. Sonu faces away from the centre.
